Jerald Kovacich is the Co-Founder and the Chief Technology Officer of Carbon Cycle Biogas and its affiliates. He led the design, construction management, and transition to commercial operations of its Warsaw, NC biogas production facility. Mr. Kovacich leads the engineering and technology strategy for the Company and is instrumental in guiding the plant operations team, developing and implementing innovative plant improvements, and in leading diagnostic and troubleshooting to maximize reliability and online availability of plant assets.

Prior to his involvement with the Company, Mr. Kovacich founded a project management and engineering design firm based in Boulder, Colorado, specializing in major capital program management, chemical, pharmaceutical, and bio-energy manufacturing systems design and project execution. He has over 40 years of experience in the energy, life sciences, and specialty-chemical industries and has served as a capital portfolio management advisor and project engineering program consultant for firms including Chevron, Amgen, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, and Corden Pharma. His project engineering, design, construction, and operations experience encompasses over $5 billion in capital programs and state-of-the art chemical and bio-chemical process facilities in nine countries and on four continents.

Mr. Kovacich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University, Bozeman, MT, and additional education accreditations in petroleum engineering, mathematics, business management and administration, and finance.
