Randy Brown is a seasoned operations and engineering executive with over four decades of experience leading complex manufacturing and energy facilities. He is the Plant Manager of the Warsaw facility responsible for all plant operations.

Throughout his career, Randy has held key leadership roles at industry giants including Duke Energy, Goodyear, and SPX Corporation. His expertise spans plant engineering, maintenance management, operations management, and full P&L responsibility across diverse sectors such as glass manufacturing, textile processing, and power transformer manufacturing. Known for delivering measurable results, Randy has consistently improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced product quality, achieving milestones for metrics such as on-time delivery rate, annual savings through process improvements, and safety performance.

Randy holds degrees in engineering and business and serves on the Engineering Advisory Board for East Carolina University College of Engineering. He actively contributes to his community through board service with Greene Lamp, an organization dedicated to the eradication of poverty, and other local civic organizations, including being an Advanced Manufacturing Advisory Committee Member for Martin Community College.
