Thomas Mulholland

Co-Founder & CEO

Thomas Mulholland is the Co-Founder Chief Executive Officer of Carbon Cycle Biogas and its affiliates. He led the development and construction of its Warsaw, NC biogas production facility. Mr. Mulholland has ultimate responsibility for the Company’s performance and was instrumental in negotiating the offtake and feedstock agreements.

Prior to his involvement with the Company, Mr. Mulholland managed the risk management function of a Midwestern utility with three trade floors. Prior to that, he was the President and co-founder of Golden Energy Services, Inc., a trading firm that managed commodity buying and risk management for a large portfolio of industrial and utility clients throughout the United States and Canada with over $300 million in annual energy commodity spend. He has over 40 years of experience in the energy industry.

Mr. Mulholland earned a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign, Ill.
